About us :
AA Woodcrafts is a family run business based on the Isle of Wight.
We run 4 separate web sites all of which cater for a specific product.
This site came about as a variation to our main product and also
many requests from people for individual wooden letters.
Our main product is the 'Letterblock' or 'Woodblock' as we sometimes
call them.

A niche market we found for these 'Letterblocks' is in
the amateur radio ham area of personalised call signs.

Most of the requests we had were for individual letters that were
to be painted for toy boxes, nursery walls, doors and so on.
This web site caters for customers who want competetively priced individual
letters for projects like those mentioned above or indeed, any do-it-yourself
project.
Yet more requests were for small wooden strips for model making so we obliged
with a dedicated site for the purpose :

All our products are individually hand cut using traditional but
highly adapted woodworking machines for the purpose.
We pride ourselves on good old fashioned service and quality.
The reason for this is simple......we want our customers back, not
our products !
